At Spartan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
